Important note:

As your order is custom printed specifically for you, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for fit issues. Buyers assume all responsibility for selecting the appropriate style and fit for their purchase. To assist you in selecting the correct size, a size chart is provided on each product page. Simply click on the View Size Guide link to find your best fit.

Order Modifications or Cancellation:

You have 24 hours from placing your order to contact our customer service for any modifications or cancellations. After this timeframe, your order enters production and cannot be altered.

*Please note: For certain items, if your order has already been shipped, we cannot accommodate cancellation or modification requests, even if made within the initial 24-hour period.

Damaged/Incorrect Order:

While we strive for product quality and order accuracy, instances of receiving a damaged item, poor-quality printing, or incorrect product are rare. Should this occur, we guarantee 100% satisfaction by offering a free replacement order or a refund for the affected items. Simply provide your order number and a clear photo displaying the issue to tansi@howahoriginals.com, and our helpful support staff will arrange a reprint or refund for you.

Order not received:

If your item has not arrived within 30 days after ordering, please contact us via our Contact Us page for assistance.

Returns:

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, we will replace defective items or incorrect orders upon receiving a photograph showing the specific issue and including the order number.

Please ensure that:

  • The product was received within the last 30 days
  • The product is unwashed, unworn, and unused
  • Either the product itself or the printing is defective, or the final product differs from the one you ordered
