How do I track my order?

Howah Originals will inform you by email of the progress of
your order. You can also track the progress of your order in My Order section
of your online Customer Account at Givenchy.com or by contacting our Customer
Service
.

How do I return a Howah Originals product purchased online?

You have the option to return, free of charge, any product
ordered within 30 days of its date of receipt.

 The product must be returned in perfect condition, unworn,
in its entirety (boxes, accessories, covers, labels, booklets, etc.) and in its
original packaging, accompanied by a copy of the receipt. We recommend you take
all necessary precautions to ensure its protection. Any damaged, used,
incomplete or soiled product will not be eligible for a refund.

Howah Originals does not offer exchanges.

How do I care for my items?

Howah Originals delivers internationally, please consult our
shipping-to country list for details.

Howah originals does not deliver orders to business
addresses, P.O. boxes, hotels or university campuses. Orders to any of these
destinations will not be processed. Delivery of items will take place upon full
payment of the items ordered.

What are the types of delivery (charges and delivery times)?

Delivery from Monday through Friday for any order placed
online.

This service is not available on holidays.

As each individual item is made per order, the expected
delivery time is 7-20 business days depending on demand and item after placing
the order.

How do I proceed to payment?

Howah Originals accepts majority payment methods for online
purchases: Gift Cards, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Diner, Paypal,
AmazonPay. and Interac  Debit as well as
Interac eTransfer(Canada only) Also depending on the countries, some additional
payment methods can be proposed during the check out. An authorization
application will be sent to your bank. Please note that your billing address
must be identical to the one listed on your credit card statement.

How secure are online payments?

All transactions made on the Howahoriginals.com site are
highly secure. An SSL encryption system is in place to protect personal and
payment data.

Howah Originals agrees to not store your credit card
details.

In addition, we enforce the security of payments through the
secure 3D system for Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards thus equipped.
An additional step takes place upon payment, verifying the cardholder's
identity and confirming the transaction. Each bank has its own authentication.
For any questions regarding your 3D Secure code, please contact your bank
directly.

Our Customer Service may also conduct verifications and
contact you before approving the transaction and confirming the order to
collect more information in order to fight against fraud and guarantee your
protection.
